The GSBS has established an impressive contemporary research environment in which our doctoral programs flourish. Our distinguished faculty play prominent roles nationally and internationally in the discovery of innovative approaches and applications in the search for solutions to society’s most vexing healthcare issues. GSBS faculty members vigorously pursue their three missions of quality instruction, innovative research, and an array of professional services in an interdisciplinary environment, all of which serve the greater good of the citizens of South Texas.
