The Graduate Program in Physiology offers graduate studies for primary and secondary education (K-12) science teachers that lead to a MS degree in Physiology. Classes are held Course work is scheduled in the evening during the school year, and the program requires 21 months to complete. The curriculum focuses on increasing students understanding of the molecular, cellular, and integrative mechanisms of human bodily functions and on training students in the methodologies of physiological research. Satisfactory completion of all required courses and the submission and defense of a thesis are required for obtaining the M.S. Degree.
